        This place has no maintence performed. My appliances and carpet are the original from when these apartments were built. Due to the energy consumption used by dirty HVAC unit and dirt,y appliances that have passed their life expectancy, they are possibly a fire hazard.. The back of the fridge is extremely hot. The stove had insect larvae in it and the nasty grunge accumulated on it can't be cleaned. I have tried! This place hasn't had an inspection since 2019. The man that did the inspection checked "ok" on everything and did not provide any photos. He is now retired. I don't know about other apartments but this is the condition of mine and I pay $590 a month and I receive social security.
