J C's Foreign Auto Service

Their work is great, but getting hold of them is incredibly difficult. They ask for you to leave a voice message, but don't return your call. I spoke with the manager in person once and he told me he'd call me back with a quote. He never followed up. I've done business with them for a couple years now and they're incredibly honest too. They're great people and they do good work, but the amount of effort to use their shop has just increased like crazy. I'm just going back to SouthMain Auto because I know they'll actually be good on their followup. It's just too much of a hassle to continue using this shop. I find this quite disappointing.

First time dealing with this gentleman and his son. Good people generally and never promise what they cant deliver. They are up front about your cars needs and they communicate exactly the cost. They also know someone with very decent towing rates. I will be returning.
