        When I first moved here in 2005 from Ohio I was told hokie Honda was a good place to take my vehicle.I have purchased three vehicles at hokie Honda and I've always serviced my vehicles there. They are extremely honest and have always treated Me fairly.

        poor communication, did not update me about my car until minutes before closing, even after I told them I needed my car back at a certain time. unable to diagnose the issue with my vehicle, but still charging me for something that was not the root of the problem. attached is the spark plug that needed to be changed but they failed to address.
