*Edit* I clearly stated that I wasn't interested in the generic response from the "Owner" and they didn't take that into consideration and still asked me to email them in response to this review. That just further goes to show that they don't listen. They probably didn't even read the post. If they really cared about customer service they wouldn't have a 1.23 out of 5 Better Business Bureau rating. I was given the display shoe on accident instead of 2 size 3 shoes I got a size 12 and a size 3 and when I went to return the shoes (since they were 2 different sizes) there was a pack of teenagers running the show. They saw I had two different shoes, they were only worried about figuring out which employee to blame and not worried about helping me. There was no manager in the store and they had to face time her to ask her what to do and they offered to ring me up for another pair of shoes and have me pay again instead of letting me return the 2 different sized shoes that they sold me. I left the store with my mismatched shoes and called customer service. They said I could send them back and get a refund and I sent them back over 2 months ago and I still have not gotten my refund. I have talked to 4 different people and they keep pushing back the date that my check will arrive. I'm really not interested in whoever runs this google page telling me to reach out in an email because I've been reaching out for months and they only give you the runaround. I've never in my life gotten customer service this terrible. Every person I have encountered in regards to this return has been unhelpful.

Nobody waited or said hello young black children playing hip hop MF this and that to busy bull Sh- ting around need close this store also bad people running it no wonder this mall going out of business juvenile delinquent running everything here

They said they would hold my shoes for me and they put my name on it. They ended up just selling the shoes to another customer when it was promised to me.

Terrible customer service from Jessica and her employees. I have been going to Journey's for 20 plus years. Will take my business elsewhere in the future. Wish zero was a option
