        My experience has improved my last 2 visits from my previous experience. My loved one received their lunch at 12:30pm the last 2 time. Previously had been as late as 2:30pm. So much improved! Looking forward to this continuing. Also I requested the bedding be changed today and within 15 minutes it was. The CNA had really professional attitude. The newly hired kitchen person/manager has improved the food. Nursing home food is not anything to write home about- but it is much improved! My loved one could use a little more protein in her meals. She needs to put on some weight. Looking forward to visiting again. I wanted to put a good word in for Sandra in housekeeping. She spends extra time making sure rooms are cleaned.
