I loved the way the people from the receptionist to the doctor treated my husband. The nurses in Great Bridge Pavilion were the best. The CNAs were awesome. Even the housekeepers were great. Ms Jones thank you so much for your help

If you have not seen the Christmas lights at Oak Grove, it's a must see. I am a current employee, and I was blown away by the beauty of the lights, and I am so proud of working for such a caring and thoughtful facility. You must drive by and see for yourself you will not be disappointed.

I have never been in a Rehab before this so I have nothing to compare it to. I only ate in my room the first day then came to the dining room all alone. No one else in Great Bridge section came out. I know all of employees if not by name by speaking to them. Miss Monica who cooked breakfast and lunch gave me special treatment-I missed her on her days off. Then Maria (cute and nice) took over meals. Actually the food was pretty good and I finally got my taste back. My favorite nurse is Anthony and second is Rebecca. Amy gets my vote for best CNA, but the rest of them are friendly and I kept them laughing. Now then how could I forget Micheal the CNA with the mostest. He knows how to make a person feel better.
Now Darios who is supervisor of maintenance and housekeeping and as I call him Cookie Monster was so pleasant and nice to me and his entire staff was so pleasant.
The therapists Brit, Tim, Angus, Jen, Ashleigh worked hard to get me walking, talking, eating and putting up with my Pittsburgh Steelers.
There were activities in the other houses, the place was decorated nicely and of course I liked bingo and making a Christmas Decoration.
I have one suggestion that being the after hours phone then getting the nurse who is to take those phone calls from a patient and see to that patient immediately not 8 phones calls from a personal phone. After hours phone messages should not have to listen to all the offices and departments first, then possibly get the Nurse then that nurse should be responsive.
All in all Oak Grove is a good facility.

My aunt is currently there and the night workers dont check on her and they sleep on the clock. She has lost so much weight since being admitted there. Its as if they arent feeding her or checking her sugar regularly. They dont change her like they should either. Theres no reason I should be visiting her for over two hours and no one come in to check on her the entire time. I am very disappointed.
Update: Tonight a nurse told a patient on a oxygen machine she wouldnt have so much trouble breathing if she just would shut and stop talking. Im appalled.
