Dr.Etheridge is the best. He's been my dentist for years and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. He took my wisdom teeth out quickly and with very little discomfort this week, talking me through the entire procedure step by step to keep me calm. When I got a little nervous he gave me a quick break and let me calm down before continuing. I wouldn't recommend anyone else

I came to this Denistry today 8/15/22 I had a great experience. My dentist was Dr Duane hope I spelled her name right she is of Asian nationality. She was awesome she extracted my tooth perfectly no pain. She also gave me good options before hand and counseling. Her helper eas very nice and supportive. The whole staff was great. This will be my dentistry.

My first time going into the office I knew I needed ALOT of work done. One of which was a crown on a chipped tooth. The Dr. Performed the procedure and was really rough with me while moving my head in different directions. But i dismissed it. So anyway, i got the crow put on my tooth. After that, i was have so much PAIN. The tooth wasnt even in pain before I went! I went back to the dentist, they told me I had food in the tooth. Blah blah blah. So I went home and flossed better. Went back again, and i was told my chart was updated stating I had TMJ. No one NEVER told me this. They give me a referral and send me out the door. I visited the office again for my 6 month cleaning and was explain that the tooth still has pain occasionally. Now the dr says I need a root canal. On the same tooth he just put the crown on. Instead of checking it before, he said i had food in my tooth. I know dentist dont like to do root canals but Id my tooth was checked properly the first time i went back, it could have saved me 5 months of discomfort. I will be going to another dentist office to get my work completed. I felt the Dr was careless and didnt completely check me for issues. Just pushed me out the door with a fake diagnosis.

Ive been going here for a few years now, and I love this place. Dr. Etheridge is so kind and great, and the staff are all nice and wonderful as well. My dad is a dental technician and knows who to trust in this field, so he made us all come to this practice so we could get the best of care. They have not disappointed. Dont let the bad review discourage you - you just cant make some people happy.

I would give a complete ZERO if I could! My wife brought My 7 year old daughter into Daniel M. Etheridges office today because she has two teeth with cavities. We conveyed her cavity situation to the representative when we initially called, and asked pricing since we were a cash customer. We were told, since we are a CASH CUSTOMER, the pricing on the X-ray would be $35, and that would determine if she would need to get the teeth extracted or both of her cavities filled, being a cash customer with this whole COVID-19 situation, the total amount was provided. The classic Bait and Switch tactic was used. They did the $35 X-ray and then immediately told my wife that they will need to do a panoramic X-ray that cost $135 per tooth. Now the bill would be $270 +$35 my wife called me to ask my thoughts I told her No, either have them extract the teeth or fill the cavities. She told me that they would not do either without the panoramic. My question is, then why even have the other X-ray if it doesn’t provide you with basic knowledge of how to proceed with a diagnosis? I can’t stand businesses that bait & switch, nickel and dime you, and up sell you, and can’t be forthcoming with their customers, especially during these trying time. In addition to all of this I called up to talk with the “Doctor”, but you all know they are on a pedestal and we’re all beneath them, yup never got on the phone, what a shocker. So instead, I got a lovely assistant on the phone that literally spoke over me, constantly interrupted me, was completely rude and displayed Zero and I mean zero professionalism! Really? absolutely unbelievable!. I don’t ever write reviews, this is my first, because of the shear fact of the utmost unprofessional experience that my family went through. So if you happen to go there watch and see if they mandate multiple X-rays, my guess is they do this ALL the time, poor insurance companies.I Highly Recommend finding another Dentist, they’re a dime a dozen and I’m confident that you’ll find an honest practice that cares & will actually communicate professionally and with tact. I’d be very interested to see if they are consistently doing the $35 X-ray followed by the panoramic, my guess is they are. Gone are the days of caring dentists. Don’t Lie To Your Customers.
