        I have no idea what the young lady who waited on us what her name was. But we went in there this morning and today is March seventh 2024. This girl, even though she was busy and so was her coworker. Greeted us right away. She also was very clear about what we needed and what we were looking for and how the best service. She knew that we had other things to do so. She said we could leave our phone there and we did and when we got back everything was finished completely. She should give classes to everybody not just AT&T workers, especially Verizon workers and T-Mobile workers as well. We were so pleased.

        I walked in and was immediately helped. I was able to trade in my phones and add a new line. They had the exact phones I needed and plenty of accessories, with my trade in I was able to apply my credit towards accessories and the rest to my new phone. They even assisted me in putting on my accessories. They also explained all new benefits and add-ons and any changes in benefits thoroughly. This location is always the most helpful compared to any other in all of Hampton Roads. The customer service is excellent and they can handle any challenge with professionalism.
