        My wife's phone was working fine, and it suddenly dropped the network. Could not figure it out. Stopped at this lcation for help. The associate met us at the door, and I explained our delima. She scrolled through the phone and, within a minute, explained that the network toggle was off. WTH... how could I miss this??? Anyway, she was professional and did a great job of containing her amusement at my lack of tech know-how. I'm sure she chuckled as we left.
