This was my first go at the whole home buying thing. Whit and Jaime go above and beyond. They are so fast and efficient, the communication is outstanding. I have only heard horror stories about the loan process but I was shocked at how easy and seamless it was working with Whit and Jaime. I kept thinking that any day now something was going to fall apart but it never did. Rock stars that's what they are.

The First Heritage Mortgage Family (I intentionally used the word Family), was an excellent source for not only getting us to closing, but aiding in our process at all points in the middle. Whit provided us with top-tier information and kept us abreast on every twist and turn. They handled our documents with care and respected us as homebuyers. Whit and the staff on his team were never pushy, or treated us as if we were anything short of their most prioritized clients. My wife and I felt safe with them and their guidance, and when it came to close, we were very satisfied with the outcome. We would recommend this company over and again to all of our friends and family.
