        Excellent customer service and costs were better than internet bait and switches. Please do your homework and then call Carl. Don't be fooled by the Quicken and other companies that promise low or no closing costs. I did the research and in the end, the fee's from the internet companies were added and some were upwards of thousands more! Carl and his team will take care of you from the very start. If you are new or first time home buyers or if you are refi'ing like we did, he will step you through the process. We have used him several times and he and his team are always spot on!
