Store rep was very knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and in general everything a customer would want in a store rep.

EDIT 12/2023: In September we received a phone call, I believe from the Regional Manager, who was able to refund us the amount of missing credits and I can now confirm we are receiving the credits going forward. He was apologetic, helpful and honest so I am changing the rating to 4 stars. EDIT: The owner response (now two weeks ago) asked me to email them so they could work with me. I immediately did so but have not yet received any response. In February my daughter visited this location to take advantage of a $1000 promo when trading in a qualifying phone and switching from another carrier. She was helped by a manager and told her phone qualified for the promotion. However, the promotion was ending that day and they phone she wanted wasn't in stock, so he told her that they would get it from another location by the next day, but because they already started the process the promotion would apply. We are now being told by AT&T that she didn't qualify for the promo, and the phone wasn't properly unlocked despite that also being verified by the manager who helped her. Because this location is a third party reseller and NOT a corporate AT&T store, there is nothing AT&T is able to do. We are now out $1000 due to either dishonesty or incompetence at this reseller location. In the future we will be sure to use the corporate location. In addition, she was clear that she did not want the Next Up plan nor the Protect Advantage Insurance plan. Not only were both added, but the insurance plan was added to four phones on the account, blatantly disregarding the clear instructions of the customer to improve the stores metrics.

I originally placed my oreder online, but it got canceled so I had to go in to a store. Spoke to Beth on the phone and from the start was awesome. When I got to the store we got the ball rolling and ran into a few speed bumps. She hung in there with me for 3hrs getting everything squared away, all while staying positive and delightful. She made the long wait( not atts fault, but previous provider) almost relaxing. Great job!
