Run far far away from this place. They have the worst trimmers & machines. You can do a better job yourself just using a knife and chopping off your own hair. Run far far away.

STAY AWAY ! MOST GREEDY SALON WITH WORST SERVICE I recently visited this salon at Lotte Plaza hoping for a refreshing new haircut, only to leave with both my wallet and spirits lighter than anticipated. The salon, which seemed promising at first glance, charged a steep $21 for a haircuta price that might have been justified had the service matched the cost. However, the experience fell far short of expectations. From the moment I entered, the atmosphere didn't quite meet the welcoming vibe one would expect from a place where personal care and satisfaction should be paramount. The service, unfortunately, mirrored this initial impression. Not only was the haircut itself underwhelming, but the interaction with the stylist also left much to be desired. The cut was hastily done, lacking the attention to detail that turns a routine trim into a crafted hairstyle. It felt as if my hair was just another box to tick off in their day's to-do list, rather than a canvas to be treated with care and artistry. Adding insult to injury, the salon had an unspoken expectation of a tip, presented as though it were an entitlement rather than a reward for exceptional service. Tipping, in my view, should be a reflection of satisfaction and appreciation for the service provided, not a compulsory addition to an already hefty bill, especially when the service is lacking. In reflection, the experience was akin to ordering a gourmet meal at a premium restaurant, only to be served a dish that you might find at a fast-food chainoverpriced, underwhelming, and leaving you with a resolution to never return. This visit was a lesson in the importance of not just the skill in the craft of hairstyling but also the value of customer service and experience. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this salon. It was, for me, a stark reminder that higher cost does not always equate to higher quality or satisfaction. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future and would advise others to carefully consider their options before visiting this establishment.
