        Many thanks to Jan K. from the Chantilly branch for assisting me on two occasions in gathering documents needed to settle probate for my Mom's 2020 estate. This process has been very tedious since she passed away during Covid and in the midst of the credit union's transition to a new system. Jan's knowledge and pleasant personality while trying to locate the many statements required was amazing. At times, I confused myself while trying to explain my needs but she understood it all while maintaining a smile. I have been a member of NWFCU since 1970 and they have always been there for me and this time was no exception. Thank you!!!!

        This is the best branch for customer service. Overall NWFCU is well managed and led by superstar Mr. Bentley. Ms. Tara, the Service Manager was fantastic, very cordial, supportive, and made sure our experience was smooth. Thank you NWFCU for caring for the community. The Chantilly Branch rocks because of people like Tara, Jan and the others...THANK YOU AGAIN!!
