PNC Bank

I stopped in the branch on 2/2/24 I stood in line the teller was doing something with another teller she did not acknowledge me standing there I sit there about seven minutes and finally the guy said will be with you in a moment and she just kept talking another two minutes went by so I just walked out and left. I wont return to that branch either. Poor Customer Service .

Nawal was great, as well as the other lady that greeted us. We has previously had a terrible experience at another location, but this branch made up for it. Thank you!

Lily was extremely unprofessional and condescending during my visit to this branch today. She makes it evident that she doesnt care about the customers. Save yourself the time and hassle, go to another branch. The same task that Lily refused to do for me, a different PNC did it for me in less than five minutes and apologized for Lily giving me false information.
