Dr. Karapetian and her entire team is amazing. From the moment we walked in the door for our initial consultation, Dr. Karapetian's office was welcoming and kind. Vinita explained the entire procedure as well as payment options and was available to answer questions and address concerns. Erica, Dr. Karapetian's assistant during the procedure put my daughter at ease. Her expertise in calming my daughter's fears was greatly appreciated. Dr. Karapetian took great care and time explaining each part of my daughter's procedure, helping put a very anxious young adult at ease. We highly recommend Dr. Karapetian for her professionalism, skill, and especially her compassion.

I highly recommend Dr. K to anyone seeking care for their periodontal health. She is knowledgeable, highly skilled, personable with patients and very gentle. The entire team puts patient care first. The office runs very efficiently and her quality of care is superb!

My regularly scheduled appt was in 6/22 at noon! Again as aways, not only was I greeted with a smile & friendly hello by the front desk, but I didnt even wait a few minutes before my hygienist met me to move me back into the dental chair! Inquiring if I had any issues, the dental hygienist listened attentively to my problem and related the information to Dr K. who immediately entered the to confirm my issues. Dr K examined me & relieved my concerns mentioning that my tissue was still healing but looked remarkably well! I was glad to get the good news and Dr K made me feel welcomed to come in anytime saying patients are always welcomed in the office. I cant say enough good things about all of my experiences about Dr K and this periodontist office!
My regularly scheduled appt was 2 PM on Wednesday. The front lobby/office is wonderfully maintained! As aways, not only was I greeted with a smile & friendly hello by the front desk, but I didnt even wait more than a few minutes before my hygienist met me to move me back into the dental chair! My hygienist was extremely friendly and very gentle! No pain but thorough cleaning & exam! The hygienist did find an area of concern which she made a note of & continued with the teeth cleaning! Within about 30 minutes, Dr K checked in! Dr K examined me in detail and discussed the area of concern & suggested a follow-up appointment to do a procedure to address the problem area! In the lobby, at the front desk, I was able to conveniently schedule the next follow-up appointment to address my problem area!! However once home, I did have to follow-up by telephone to schedule my next regular hygienist teeth clearing exam for 3 months! The entire experience was pain free, timely, friendly, and professionally completed. Dr K and staff exceeded my expectations! Job well done!
Washington Periodontics is a friendly and welcoming place. I was scheduled to have the first appointment for a mouth guard. The dental hygienist saw me right on time and the procedure was done within a couple of minutes using a laser device hooked up to a laptop! The experience was quick and I was out of the office in just about 29 minutes!
My regularly scheduled appt was 8 AM on Thursday! Not only was I greeted with a smile & friendly hello by the front desk, but I didnt even wait more than a few minutes before my hygienist met me to move me back into the dental chair! My hygienist was extremely friendly and very gentle! Within about 30 minutes, Dr K checked in! Dr K examined me in detail and discussed daily dental cleanings, after which we conveniently scheduled another regular teeth clearing for 3 months! The entire experience was pain free, timely, friendly, and professionally completed. Dr K and staff not only exceeded my expectations but probably her own! Job well done!
It exceeded my expectations... first I accidentally arrived the day before my scheduled spot and the Dr was enough to see me anyway! Secondly the appointment to clean my teeth went smoothly as Thr Dr has soft & gentle touch! Finally the checkout was smooth and I was able to schedule my next appointment easily!
