        I don't know how you're even still in business, Your charter with UPS should have been pulled. Rude, agressive and demeaning staff. Sorry, you hate your life because of your poor decisions you made leading you to work there. That's your fault, not ours.

        I love this store! Whenever I have to return a package, I always make sure to use this Bluefield location. All the employees are always super friendly, even if it's busy. The atmosphere is inviting, and service is quick. Rebecca always handles my packages with care, and I'm always greeted when I walk in the door! Thank you!
