WoodSpring Suites Ashland - Richmond North

The room was nice, clean and had a small kitchen. The hotel is right on I-95 so if you face the interstate you will have a lot of traffic noise. Speaking of noise, the hotel is not insulated very well and you can hear your neighbors, sometimes from 4 doors down the hall. We stayed here for 5 nights and the only problem we had was the guy downstairs cussing us because it "sounded like we were stomping around" Management explained to him that while the hotel is built to code, it doesnt go beyond code and you hear EVERYTHING and it may not have even been us he was hearing. The manager lives on site and totally understand the situation. All in all, we would stay here again if we ever come back this way for work. Rooms: Rooms were very clean

Very rude personnel, they complain even to replace ur toilet paper, and asking for fresh towels is an impossible task; whole hotel smells of smoke and Marijuana. By far worst hotel iv been in. Not to mention the paper thin walls and non-existent security. Zero out of 10 Rooms: Super noisy and air-condition turns off every 2 seconds

This is a very clean and quiet hotel. Ms. Marcy ( the general manager), Asia and the rest of the staff here are professional and friendly. Highly recommend.

I have been staying here for work since September. Great place to stay and great staff. Asia always makes sure our rooms are ready and has everything ready when we get here to check in. Rooms: The rooms here are spacious and every room has a kitchenette so can cook in room and dont have to eat tv dinners
