We had originally planned to sell our home in the Spring of 2024 but at Julie's suggestion we listed in the Fall of 2023 because there were no other single family homes in our neighborhood on the market. We couldnt be happier with our experience having Julie help with the sale of our home. She was professional, knowledgeable, and honest. When it came time to sell our home the decision to contact Julie to sell our home was a no-brainer. Watching homes sell in our area for the past few years Julie was always the selling agent for many of the top comps. While we expected to get a great price for our home, we had no idea the depth of detail and communication that went into Julies process. From her reliable list of contractors to her frequent check-ins, follow-ups, and status updates Julie would make sure we all knew what was going on so that our journey from coming soon to just sold was smooth and without errors. Bottom line: Selling a home and moving can be majorly stressful but with Julies expertise it was as easy as it could possibly be. We would recommend her to anyone looking in the area.

We cannot recommend Julie enough -- she was great to work with. She was extremely communicative and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. She was always available for questions, calls, emails or texts and always responded quickly and accurately. We didn't run into any issues either buying or selling which is a reflection of how prepared and knowledgeable Julie is.
