Dave did a fantastic job of selling my home. It's a hot market, but Dave was very thorough about following up and making sure we got multiple offers. We listed at a strategic price point to help drive activity. Dave was able to successfully negotiate to make sure we got the best price possible. I recently listed my home with Dave Boker, Pearson Smith Realty. I instantly had multiple offers and sold my home in a matter of days well over the asking price. Dave was outstanding. Dave made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't, like having a pro come and give us staging tips, having professional photographs taken, used a drone to create an awesome video, and a lot more. His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - my listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition.
