Brian Cooper was an absolute pleasure to work with. We were difficult customers, as we were all over the place on what we wanted. Brian was able to offer us tons of advice, check out a number of places, and help us decide what places were a fit for us. We also had competing offers on the home we wanted, which Brian helped to ensure our offer was accepted. Brian had a number of contacts with vendors that were needed throughout the purchasing process. All his references were on point and professional. Brian is amazing! He was able to tell us (my husband and I) how to be more competitive in the writing of our offer/contract and it worked! The house we wanted already had an offer on it and because of Brian and his thorough knowledge, we obtained our dream home. I was also new to buying a house and he sat down with me and answered all the questions I had before and throughout the closing process. The one thing I really appreciated was the time he took to make sure we understood all the steps of buying a house and how prompt he was in getting back to me whether it was questions, concerns, or about seeing a new listing. If we ever sell our house down the road, I would definitely use Brian again, he delivers fantastic service!
