Tanya and Brooke were absolutely the best such a pleasure to work with! We had a complex situation as we had to sell property in the DC Metropolitan area where all three of the people on the deed had passed. The 3 executors live in West Virginia and Florida. Immediately from the first phone call, I felt confident that they would get the job done. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely communicative. They helped make the difficult less difficult by explaining everything clearly and in detail along the way, filling me in on the progress of the updates we did including sending before and after pictures of the painting and carpet installation, as well as of the new HVAC that we had to install. Their contractors not only did a good job, but they were quick as well! And when in came down to the final hour the closing (which had to be postponed twice because of the out of state paperwork) their reassurance and constant communication and support encouraged me to stress less and have the faith that It. Will. Get. Done. Within 3 months of the first phone call - the property is now SOLD! I guarantee you will not be disappointed by the Tanya & Co. Team!

Tanya and her staff were wonderful to work with. I live out of state and this required a lot more leg work on their part. They not only got me an offer that was more than asking price, but the property sold in 72 hours and closed within 2 weeks. I cannot speak more highly of them.

We worked most closely with Michelle and Brooke, but the whole team was fantastic. They were incredibly efficient, organized and thoughtful. This was the 10th time we've sold a home, and Tanya and the team rank right at the top of the best agents we've worked with. Michelle had great ideas about how to use our furniture to show off the property and worked closely with the photographer to put together a very flattering set of pictures. They were on top of every detail throughout the process. We ended up with two offers after 7 days on the market, one at asking price and the second a little above. Brooke was relentless doing background research and document hunting when the condo association through up a couple of roadblocks to the sale. On top of their professionalism, they all have a wonderful sense of humor and made a stressful process fun. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this group!
