I am aware of their crimes evidence doesn't lie.

image My review seems to have disappeared so I thought I'd repost.  Do not use Pearson Smith Realty or Dandridge.  Particularly Brianna Goetting. They're all liars, thieves, and will rip you off.Here's my experience:Did the walk through of 105 Richwood Hall Rd, Kearneysville, WV on May 4.Dirty and not completely moved out.Brianna Goetting assured us the place would be cleaned and moved out by closing.Moved in May 6.  It wasn't.We found:Poop in upstairs bathroom and dirty underwear under bathroom sink.Urine all over seat in main floor bathroom.Whole house dirty.Bugs/ants in kitchen and carpenter bees damaging the deck.Two trash cans in garage full.Kitchen things left behind.Two toilets need replaced along with flooring underneath.Plumbers discovered mold in the floor.I  had to pay for mold testing. $150I had to pay for mold remediation. $1600Brianna Goetting arranged for radon testing at the house I sold but not the one I bought.  I paid for radon testing which showed dangerous levels of radon. 10.4 Pc/Ls. $150I paid for radon mitigation. $950Pest Inspection was pencil whipped. I had to pay for an actual pest inspection and then treatment including carpenter  bees.$137Had to have the HVAC Serviced and ducts cleaned. $360.00Brianna Goetting and Liz McDonald knew of these things, covered it up and lied about all of this.We were the only ones at closing.  Just us and the lawyer.I had to pay over $21k to close as seller.I had to pay over $18k as the buyer with a VA loan.Our plumbing contractor knew Brianna Goetting's name and said they do a lot of work for people who bought a house from her.He also said she is known as "The slumlord of the real estate industry"Dandridge cleaning ladies said  Brianna Goetting and the Liz McDonald knew about the toilets, floors and other damage.I had filled out the form online to add my fiancee's name to the deed well in advance of closing.  At closing that was the only form missing.  I believe Brianna Goetting made sure that from was missing as she had obvious animosity toward my fiancee who is black.There were two homes we were interested in and asked Brianna to make an offer on in the Huntfield community near Charles Town, WV.  We were unable to purchase either of those homes with no explanation from Brianna as to why.  I can only assume this was because we are an interacial couple.We believe Brianna Goetting harbored animosity toward us from the beginning because we are an interracial couple.We also believe Brianna Goetting deliberately caused some of the filth found in the home on May 6 and deliberately avoided letting us see the house one more time before closing.

image if you are a new homebuyer, you really have to keep your eyes peeled when working with this company. The transaction was so about money that at the end of the transaction Danielle tried to leave the keys to the home I purchased not with me but with a random security guard at Fort AP Hill, after I explicitly told her boss do not do that and sur enough she tried to do it. As a new homebuyer and veteran, im truly disgusted with the service. I caught them cutting corners because I knew what to look for and it was a hassle throughout the entire transaction. I asked Dani to negotiate with the seller to bring down the price on the property, she said they wouldnt and didnt ever bother to ask and the property was outdated. During the transaction the seller damaged the property and Danielle grants was downplaying the damage with the sellers when there was water coming out of the floor, Danielle tried to claim it was humidity and things were broken after the initial walk through. She didn't have them do the correct paper work and by that, I mean when the seller takes responsibility for the repairs that is supposed to be placed in an addendum so you are able to reference the contract should something go wrong with the repairs. Dani was giving them grounds to say they don't feel like signing any more addendums and alot of the extensions that we had to sign was because the seller did not submit the condo package in a timely manner. I told her I want out because she's not having them do the correct legal paper work and the seller for the third or fourth time submitted documentation late with documentation still missing, and she told me I couldn't back out, That I was prohibited from having someone go in and check for water damage after they repaired the leak, I got completely upset because they were getting ready no to all me to do the final walk through. She informed me more of the sellers rights then any rights I had as the buyer. she miscommunicated alot to get the deal I.E I told her the insurance not being included in the HOA was a deal breaker. I have clear text from her saying that the insurance was an all in HO6 Policy and I didn't need any additional insurance, this was how she landed the deal and the following Monday her and the seller changed the information. The whole transaction she showed this behavior and she was non -responsive to a majority of emails trying to sort out the issues. I wish I read through the reviews and complaints on this company with the Better Business Bureau website before working with them. the worst part is that she invited me to her church and I genuinely thought the transaction was genuine but she genuinely used my desperation to find a property to her advantage. I will never work with the company again not the realtor I had unfortunately
