Looking for a rental make sure to read the Exclusive Agreement they send over. Read how the broker will get paid and how much and how long the agreement will be in place. Like anything, what you say vs what is memorialized are two different things. I ended up using militarybyowner to work directly w the landlord or homeowner for a lease cutting out the middleman
