So we had a Sewer line grading issue and we talked a 3-4 different plumbing companies. The main plumber from Dulles Plumbing group was the most accurate in identifying the problem and gave a very clear plan of what needs to be done. He was accessible by phone and extremely good at explaining everything. The price and warranty provided to us was very competitive and we moved forward with the project. David and his team (Bobby and Pablo) was very professional and neat in their work from Day1. The project had some complications which David was able navigate through. I was really impressed by the problem solving and ingenuity from him. Due to complications the project went into the second day and Dulles Plumbing group did not hesitate to finish it properly on the next day. I would definitely recommend these guys. One of the best experiences I have had with a plumbing company. Service: Sewer repair

Dulles Plumbing, Heating and Air was just the best to work with. We recently experienced an underground leak on our property. Dulles plumbing came out and was easily able to determine exactly where the leak was which minimized the amount of property that needed to be explored. The team that came out was knowledgeable, extremely polite, professional and just a joy to work with. It was such a comfort to have such an experienced team helping in a time of dire need. If you're a Hispanic Contractor, stay away from this company. They will steal your money and not pay you for the work you did. We did a job for them in Herndon VA which a water heater malfunction, causing it to leak. What was happening was the water heater was overheating because an interior part was broken. It became a change order for us to bring down that water heater and to install another one in. We installed the new water heater and there was no issue. When we finally got paid, Dave who is the owner of the company didn't speak to us about taking money away from us for damages that the water heater did. When I picked up the check, I saw that they had subtracted about $6,000.00 from our check. When I spoke to Dave, he stated that because of the damages of the water to the dry wall and to the floor that we had to pay for it. Which makes no sense since we didn't damage it, the water malfunction and Dulles Plumbing knew that, but we got blamed for something we couldn't control. Dave then said he would give us more money on other projects to make up for the $6,000.00 he took. Which we said no that we were going to finish the last projects that we had with him and after that we weren't going to work for him anymore. We had a project in Woodbridge which was a storage unit, we had almost completed the work there but before we passed the final inspection, they kicked us out so we wouldn't get paid. After all this happen my dad closed his company for people like him, they see you as a Hispanic minority and they want to take advantage of you. We found out later that this isn't the first time he's done that to other Hispanic contractors. A disgrace of a company
