I want to ship something and it was late and everywhere they close at 6pm and it was 7 so I looked around and I found this branch ope I was very happy I went there and everything went so smooth I was very happy the lady helped me out and she were very nice she made the experience so easy.

Walgreens store #9837 Ashburn, VA Tracy the Customer Service representative at the FedEx counter is unprofessional and quite rude. 10:00 Approached the counter carrying a sealed, 3x2x1 box with FedEx label attached. Inside is a wide screen computer monitor fully packed and ready to ship. Tracy looked at me and said Im not taking that. Its to big. No hello or welcome to Walgreens, just a glaring unprofessional attitude I asked for an explanation and she said she has no room on her shelf. I said what about the floor right there next to the shelve behind the counter. (The shelve was not full and contained random poorly managed packages) She gasped and said l cant secure it there (the shelve was in an open closet and the door was wide open before she came and the entire time I stood there so that was a terrible excuse) I took the box to my car and went back in to ask for the Walgreens store number and she asked me why I wanted to know. I kindly said to file a review on the service I received.
