Power Train Sports & Fitness Ashburn

Ive been coming here for over a year now and Ive made a lot of progress and feel stronger. The trainers are extremely helpful here and make sure that you are doing correct form so that you dont get injured. This has been my favorite gym and I actually get results! Highly recommend!

I have been going to powertrain for over 3 years and it is amazing. I have gotten so much stronger & faster. The environment and staff are so positive, motivating and fun to work out with. I have been going to powertrain for about two years and have loved every moment of it! The trainers are so friendly and push you to be the best you can be. The environment that is created at powertrain is so supportive and creates close community. I have seen visible results in sports from my workouts at powertrain. I love love love powertrain!!

My son (14) and I have been attending Power Train since Nov 1, 2023 and we really enjoy it. My son is attending the evening sessions and learning how to lift properly and he enjoys all of the instructors. They get him. I have been enjoying the early bird sessions and some of the other attendees have been going to PT for more than 5 years! I can see why - efficient yet challenging workouts that get results. Im happy I was referred to PT and love all the trainers ! Thanks crew - we appreciate you!
