        Just what I needed. Hard enough so you know youre getting your monies worth. Short enough to keep me in the fat burning stage and not spiking. I like the coaches cheering us on. I feel like there are so many ways to workout that I get overwhelmed with decisions. They do the thinking for me. I like it a lot!
