I've been with minnie banks but by far this is the worst of the worst I don't even know how they can stay in business. Thank goodness I maintain funds at a different truly full service bank.

The ATM took my card and the teller told me I have to wait a whole week until they can return it. I asked if there was anyone who she could call and she said no.

Lansdowne branch closed permanently. August 18 2021. But company hasn't changed website..

Absolutely horrible, I went in there to see regarding my biz account I opened last year as my biz is taking off and they had no record of it opening, I needed to get things operational for Stripe.. I went up to the Reston location and had everything situated in about half a day The vibe as you walk into the door is panicked, Im not sure if they had a threatening situation but they were cold, short and none of it was warranted. The banker who saw me said theres no record I tried to open an account there even though they had my EIN. I received no call back but found out later I needed to open a fresh EIN, rename my biz and gather Articles after Reston was easily able to see that it the previous attempt didnt pass the background check. Last year they added the branch phone number to my personal account without my consent looking through a identity compromise to a 2911 number.. Truist is massively going downhill and PNC is much more inviting. Shame really, Suntrust was my first bank account.
