FUCKING FIRE ALMIRA NOW. This fucking branch is always closed, EVEN DURING POSTED BUSINESS HOURS WITH NO SIGN/REASON WHY. Even the lobby doors are closed and locked. I ONCE got lucky and caught Almira there and she VERY begrudgingly helped me with a transaction, but that was 1 time open out of the 7 times ive been there IN THE MIDDLE OF THE EARLY AFTERNOON, twice before noon. She closes the doors and just idk, watches youtube? Does drugs? Strangles cats? Idk & idfc i just want a competitent teller to do their job during work hours. Jesus fucking christ after 2 decades if i leave PNC its bc of this shit.

The tall lady and short darker skin lady are two of the most unfriendliest, rude and non attentive women I have ever seen in my life. Talk about snobs! You are clerk in a bank inside a grocery store. Ghandi and the woman who helped us yesterday were wonderful to work with. We had a complex deposit and some account changes to make. They really took their time to make sure everything was exactly as we wanted it.

Terrible customer service. Went there to notarize a paper but was told that unless unless its a PNC doc, they wouldnt do it. I have been notarizing documents with PNC for as long as I can remember, since I opened my account 12 years ago.
