        My recent visit of April 3 2024 at the Falls Church Outback Steakhouse was totally disappointing. I ordered my usual Filet and coconut shrimp and anticipated the taste of a tender juicy steak. As I started with the Coconut shrimp appetizer I noticed the shrimp were a little off - freezer burnt or just old but I was hungry and along with the famous pumpernickel bread it was doable. The filet was another issue - it was the worse filet I had ever experienced, flattened, dry and tough to chew. So tough I stopped after only two pieces. The manager offered me the slow roasted prime rib which was even worse. Almost raw and tougher than the Filet. Worse Experience EVER ..... Very unlikely that I will ever dine at Outback again ! When I lived in Fredericksburg VA years ago I went to Outback almost every weekend for Filet or Prime Rib w Coconut Shrimp and thoroughly enjoyed every bite so is it just the Falls Church location or has Outback Steakhouse gone downhill to the level of Mcd's ?

        We were having dinner and suddenly 2 Mause passed in front of us.! It is an unpleasant experience for everyone who was there at the time. We tried to talk to the manager and nothing was resolved.

        My sister and I came by today for dinner and we had Jared as our server! He was so attentive and had a warm/kind demeanor. Thank you Jared for helping us have a great experience. As always, the food at this location was great.
