Employees at this location are KNOWN for backdooring shoes to resellers and get mad when you ask for a size of a hype shoe. Horrible customer service, they act like they own the store and they own the shoes.

The employees here backdoor pairs to VIP customers and to the other sneaker stores in pentagon city, corporate needs to do something about this. Backdooring is getting out of hand

My cat was locked up after coming home from a vet appointment, so time was critical, and they understood that. He was there in 10 minutes, had done the job immediately and charged much less than everyone else had quoted. The emergency room is the bomb! Highly recommended!
