By far this was probably the worst customer service experience that I have encountered. I made an appointment for Sunday 3/10 so that I could get fitted for my wedding suit but upon arrival I was told that they couldnt find my appointment and that online appointments dont count..and that was it. The guy behind the counter had a deer in the head lights look like he didnt know what else to do. I asked about rescheduling, about looking what they had to offer as far as wedding suits go. I showed him pictures of suits I saw on their own website and he said they werent available..? I dont know what the hell was going on at this place but Id advise people to do their shopping elsewhere.

We were visiting the D.C. area and needed an immediate solution to our clothing shortcoming. Our son was selected to present the wreath at The Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. Mr. Rashad Booker of Jos. A Bank in Arlington, VA committed himself to resolving our dilemma. He found a suitable blazer and tie that were of the proper fit and style for the ceremony. We are grateful for his courtesy and professionalism. This company is in excellent hands with Mr. Booker representing it. Thank you!
