Marshall Cromwell is truly the best in the business! He guided me through the entire process of selling my house in six weeks. After a careful walk through, he advised me about what needed to be done to get the house ready to show, offered recommendations for downsizing, even transported things in his own truck to my daughters house. He worked beautifully with my painter/carpenter to prepare the house for showing, all with great enthusiasm and professionalism. Having advertised the coming sale, he held back to back open houses with the result that I had a full-priced contract on the fourth day!
He then worked in a friendly, effective manner with the buyers agent to work through negotiations for positive outcomes right up to the final settlement. Bottom linewith Marshalls guidance, everything went smoothly throughout the entire process, and I was able to move into my chosen next home within the short deadline.
I so much appreciated Marshalls being by my side every step of the way, with his friendly, positive, knowledgeable presence, minimizing my anxiety and in every aspect exceeding expectations!
