Orchard provides my company an amazing shared working environment. We have been a tenant for 5-6 months and are very happy. The staff is always friendly and willing to help with any question or issue. They will go above and beyond to make sure we are happy and always responsive to any request. The cleaning and maintenance team is also awesome, everything is always clean and tidy. Not to mention they have coffee, tea, soft drinks, breakfast and snack in the common spaces daily and always stocked. The space is quite and also provide plenty of other workspaces outside of our immediate office to spread out. Conference rooms are always always readily available and very easy to book. We are very happy with our decision to lease here!

I booked this place through Desana. When I came in there was no one at the front desk. It was about 9am. I finally had to get a maintenance/cleaning person to help me find someone. Front desk person comes over and looks at me like I'm crazy when I told her I had a booking. She said I can just work in the public spaces and the wifi is open network. There is no security here if you are booking a "hot desk" here. You don't even need to pay, just walk up from the street and sit somewhere and get online - no questions asked. Unfortunately all the open "desks" were either in the kitchen or in the front desk area. They weren't even desks, more like casual seating so it was not comfortable at all. I think this place is more like an office space where people rent private offices with their own security and internet. But I would not use it as a coworking space and it shouldn't be advertised as such. Also, the internet was very slow.
