I have experienced back and shoulder issues for years. Even in just the first few minutes sitting in the Ankorite system, I could feel areas in my body release that have been tensed up and uncomfortable for my entire working life. Jeannie came and installed the equipment and walked me through adjustments, isometric exercises, etc., and within a month Ive seen a dramatic improvement in my ability to sit and do long periods of document-intensive work without pain. Jeannie helped prep me to advocate for myself with my employers disability accommodation coordinator and made the entire process clear, understandable, and nearly effortless.

Jeannie has been a godsendfrom the first meeting she established the fact that regular chiropractor care should not be the norm, and that recreating my work station could help me achieve overall better health. And it has! She spent over two hours with me on a holiday (Labor Day) and ensured that my new ergonomic desk and keyboard felt comfortable. She frequently followed up to confirm that I was feeling comfortable and better overall. I can say that after a little more than two months of using my new desk setup, I dont find myself needing the chiropractor as often, and Im feeling better overall!

Ive loved my Ankorite work system. My neck/back pain would relapse at least monthly with acute symptoms. Since using this new chair + footrest, and following Jeanies advice on screen placement, I never have neck/back pain after working on my computer. Jeanie followed up regularly before and after install to help me get all of the pieces together and to provide support to make sure it was making a difference. She also took over an hour to answer all of my questions to better understand the science behind good posture while working. She even helped me advocate with my employer. Overall a great experience and Im so happy I have this setup. If I ever have to work anywhere else, I can tell the difference immediately and I miss my work-from-home station!
