        MOVERS BEWARE!! There is active construction scheduled through next year (2023) and its SUPER LOUD!! It literally sounds like the construction is happening in your unit and theres no escaping it anywhere in the building. Using headphones is a joke in comparison to the loudness. Dont believe me, stop by the building and take a listen. It starts from 8:30/9am until 5pm everyday. (There is a one hour break from 12-1pm) If you work from home or attending school, this will be a nightmare. I will say since the change in management, cleanliness has improved but there are still issues with pest control. The staff is pretty friendly and nice!

        I've lived at many places in my life. This location is my favorite. The staff is like a Hotel as far as they look out for you. Free parking . World class gym with free weights. Pools and ping pong table in a massive reck room. Fantastic chef owned store in building and so many restaurants walking distance. I'm hoping to buy a condo hear. Currently renting.

        Let me start off by saying this is nice for the price point, if your just starting off. spacious units, clean building and amenities too BUT unfortunately after 6 months of not even completing my lease I realized they have a BIG pest issue. So just keep this in mind.
