If I could give 0 stars, I would. The quality is actually the worst quality Ive seen in a long time from salons. They will drill your fingers down to the nail bed and then argue with you when you tell them it burns to put them under UV lights. They will hardly ever acknowledge your rewards punch card. Even when you bring multiple customers with you (aka you pay for yourself and friend that you brought), you will not get two punches on your rewards card. If you tell them they did a design wrong, that you have gel stuck to your skin under your nails, they will argue with you and then laugh and talk about you amongst themselves in a different language. They also upcharge you blindly - ask for itemized receipts and check it against their book pricing.

I had a bad experience for two reasons:
1. I have very healthy and strong nails. I usually remove my shellac nail polish myself prior to returning to nails salons (to ensure they stay strong) but yesterday I allowed the nail tech to remove the polish. She continued to file my nail down even after the paint was removed. By the time she finished, my nail was paper thin. When I commented she was more consciences, but two of my nails will probably break or split.
2. The nail tech used a nail polish to assist with the shellac removal in addition to filing. I read about this polish but heard reviews of burning and skin irritation so I never purchased the product. When the nail tech brought out the polish, I didn't realize what it was until after she began applying. I didn't request her to stop because I figured a nail salon would have higher quality than what I'd find online. The polish was the same as the reviews and caused TERRIBLE SKIN IRRITATION. If a technician tries to use a nail polish to remove your shellac, SAY NO!
