My sister first discovered Keen through their IG page. Im a nail biter so I had been getting SNS dip to keep me from biting my nails down to nubs. All the techs here are amazing at what they do. Im extremely picky and I know what a like. So for that reason Ash has been doing my nails for a little over a year now. My nails are healthy and strong (I get builder gel) and Im not biting them.. mostly because I dont want to mess up her work. I come in every 3-4 weeks to get my fills/fresh set. The salon as a whole is AMAZING and so are Sam and Brittany, but Ash is who keeps me coming back. Selfishly ..I dont want people knowing how good she is so she doesnt book up but Ash deserves her flowers

I. LOVE. KEEN. I get builder gel on my nails, and Ash kills it every time! I love how healthy and long my natural nails have gotten and the attention and care Ash gives my nails. The longevity of the builder gel compared to a regular manicure is amazing too! I go about every 3-4 weeks. The nail techs are so friendly and I get a complimentary tea every time too! I cant forget to mention the waterless pedicure as well! The attention to detail and care that is given is just as much, if not more than the regular pedicure service. Its so great for the environment and the service here is impeccable, this is such a great place to do some self care and get great nails done!

I went to keen for a first-time builder gel mani since my nails have been so short and breaking for a while. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful in letting me know which bottles were for builder gel, and which colors I could add on top if I wanted to. They also offered water or tea, and I was so pleasantly surprised with their tea options (though limited) and the presentation! I'll also have to call back and get the name of my nail tech, because she was so great! She was helpful on educating me on builder gel, making sure my nails were comfortable with the heat as you can experience heat spikes for the first time (which I did not know). She switched out the curing machine and settings a couple times to adapt to my nails, which made me feel comfortable. My nail tech did an amazing job with the gel and was so detail oriented - checking different angles of my nail to make sure things were even. I'll definitely be coming back for a refill, and can't wait to see the growth of my nails!

I have an amazing experience at keen every time I go get my nails done! Ash is the best nail tech and always leaves my nails looking perfect! Each time I go she takes the time to pick out my next color for me and tailors it to exactly what I like! She creates a comfortable and inviting atmosphere by getting to know me and connecting on our cats! Highly recommended her!!

I used to be so self conscious of how my nails looked due to YEARS of anxiety nail biting and picking. I decided to give my nails a second chance with builder gel and oh my god - easily one of the best decisions Ive ever made. Ashley is by far the most skilled technician Ive ever had. Within the 1st 3 appointments I had with her, I was already seeing major changes to the health of my nails. I cannot thank her enough for helping me rebuild and strengthen my natural nails!
