I see the negative reviews but I had a great experience today. It was easy to schedule an appointment on their online platform which also made it easy to prepare for my appointment and made the day of go smoothly. The staff were so courteous and very efficient. I barely had to wait.

Showed up for an appointment 30 mins early and checked in at the front desk. Was told to sit down and that I'll be seen shortly. An hour later, I go to see what the estimated wait is as I've been there an hour. The woman who checked me in proceeds to tell me I haven't checked in and that I missed my appointment. Excuse me? She was very kind about the mistake but it was still very infuriating. Offered a telemedicine appointment or one in person the following day. I'm sorry, I've already taken off work to be here, I'm not coming in the next day for round two. Eventually got me scheduled with a PA, who was very kind and helpful. Glad I could get seen but still very put off by this experience.

How this place stays in business, I dont know. Read the reviews here, and head the advice and troubles people are going through. They are not lies. I called to schedule an appointment with this place back in October 2023 and they said they didnt have any intake appointments available, they said they would put me on a waiting list, I called back once a week, only to find out from a different representative that there was no list and they didn't every return calls they promised to. I wasted so much of my own time trying to be patient and work with them as most providers are busy these days, but these people don't even have the courtesy to follow up with you or tell you the truth. DO NOT - DO NOT go here. Do not waste your time and suffer like myself and everyone else here in the reviews.

Dont listen to the 1 star reviews. This practice is excellent. Very professional outfit. I have been seeing Dr. Vo and his nurse Asma for three years. They are always very helpful and thorough. I can even email them questions via MyChart and they respond very quickly. I was in about 1 week ago and the front staff were very quick and efficient. I highly recommend this group.

The receptionist Cindy at the front desk was really rude and not precessional. After my doctors visit yesterday at 4:15pm, I was told to make another appointment for a fasting lab visit. Cindy was the only receptionist at the front desk at the time, so I made an appointment with her and she told me you are all set for 10am tomorrow morning. But this morning as I showed up at 10am (I was fasting the whole morning) for my appointment, Cindy told me that she didnt make an appointment with me and asked me to make another appointment! She was not apologetic at all and also told me show me the evidence, whats my name then?. She was also trying to talk over me and not listening to my response the whole time. It was a really not pleasant experience.
