Chantelle the PA is like family. She and Dr. Natividad deliver excellence and quality care that I entrust my life and all my family within their care. The office staff is also the greatest. Everyone especially Kay and Sofia. They have always been the most professional and caring individuals. I wish i can give 10 stars because they truly deserve it. Thank you for all the great years u have cared for me and my family and to many more to come!!!!!

The doctor is wonderful but the front desk staff should learn how to handle patients without being rude. It's not hard. My life is too short to put up with that. I'm actively looking for a new primary care provider whose staff is pleasant.

I went in for an appointment and returned for results. When I arrived I got a bill and they refused to let me see the doctor until I paid it. They emailed it 30 minutes before the appointment and I only had half the payment on me. They refused me medical care in a global pandemic and refused to forward my medical records to another provider. Dangerous and shameful.

I have been going to Advent Health for many years and love it. I highly recommend Dr. Natividad and the NPs. They are caring, very knowledgeable, take the time to listen to your concerns and follow-up with needs and care. The staff are very professional and responsive.

Dr. Natividad is my mom's PCP. Mom is in her 80s, with multiple conditions and aging challenges. We moved to Virginia after many years in Florida and finding a good PCP for her was a great priority. Dr. Natividad has been a godsend. In addition to being a wonderful clinician, she is thoughtful and patient, hearing out my mom's concerns, taking them seriously, repeating her questions and statements as needed (mom is hard of hearing and refuses a hearing aid). We have never felt rushed nor dismissed. In addition, she truly knows so many specialists in the region and has referred Mom to other wonderful practitioners. As a caregiver, it has given me great peace of mind to have her in our care team.
