Cascade Insurance Group

Called to get an auto quote because was having issues getting one online. Was lied to that someone had been working on my quote and was put on hold while they went and worked on it. As soon as the person I was speaking to on the phone realized that I would not be buying insurance through them, they became extremely hostile and rude. Seems like they only care about your money here, and this behavior appears to be a pattern based on other Google reviews. Look elsewhere for insurance.

I dont know how these people are still in business. How can you hang up on a customer and then continue to spam them with mailers for 5 years?

Weve had a great experience with Cascade over the past 6 years. We have a few property and auto policies through Erie Insurance with them. Everything went smoothly the few times weve had a claim with Erie. Their prices are competitive and service outstanding. They even picked up at 4:59, right before closing one time, ha. Whenever I call they are quick to answer any questions I have and can make personalized recommendations. They respond promptly by email if they dont have the answer on the phone.
