I am a few months late, but I wanted to express my gratitude for all the help Charly and Jose gave me when I switched my State Farm coverage to their agency. I had moved to VA and needed to have my insurance coverage transferred. Charly handled that for me with no problems. I received a letter from the state I moved from stating I was without insurance in that state for several months. I attempted to fix this with my old agency as that was untrue, but they did not get anywhere with my issue. I reached out to Charly to see if there was anything he could do. Without hesitation, he went above and beyond what anyone had done for me, and was able to resolve the issue and find that I did in fact have coverage and my letter was dismissed. I want to thank Jose, Charly and the rest of the team for being so great to me and my wife, and if you are ever in need of a new insurance or agent, please look no further!

Jose was my agent for 7 years while I was in DC. He and his team have always been accommodating, responsive and competent. After moving to another city, and experiencing other agents, I really began to appreciate how good I hade it! Going with Jose is the easiest decision you'll make today.
