I visited this branch a couple weeks ago. Great customer service. Carla offered assistance and was knowledgeable about all types of account offered by NWFCU.

Ms. Melissa and Ms.Deborah are very helpful! They helped me through this process and we’re very quick!

Pumps were closed at 10:30 when google says it should be open til midnight. Really annoying when going out of your way to get gas.

Hours are 9-5. Closed Saturday and Sunday and you cant access the ATM. So if you work a normal 9-5 job youll never get to use the bank or ATM
