They do a good job with basic cleaning of dress shirts. It's a single person shop, with handwritten receipts. Definitely old school, but good prices overall.

This one star review is for the extremely poor customer service. I have never written a review but feel the need to write this to warn people take your clothes elsewhere, AVOID this place at all cost!
I came to this place based on all the positive reviews. While handing my dress to the owner, I made a simple request and asked the lady if she could make a note to the cleaning crew that this dress has to be ironed and not steamed, as my friend who owns the same dress told me that she had to make this special request to the dry cleaner because this is an unique material.
And everything went downhill after that.
The lady ignored my request, urging me to just leave the dress. When I asked again if its possible at all to make a note as I was really worried since its a delicate material, she said they know what theyre doing, and scolded me for making such request and said that I do not listen to her and I know nothing about dry cleaning. The lack of willingness to communicate with customer and the lack of respect I received throughout the whole process make this a truly horrifying experience.
I took my dress back eventually and I will never return to this place ever again. Yes, they might be excellent at the actual cleaning but the customer service is just such a big red flag.
Please treat BOTH the clothes AND your customers as VIPs. Otherwise this name is just outright ironic.
