Came here once. I had a bespoke, made-to-measure suit jacket shrunk here. It was made by a master tailor. Ive had it over 10 years, and frequently wore it and had it dry-cleaned countless times elsewhere. Now its comically tight. I didnt know suits could be shrunk during dry cleaning until coming here. What a joke.

This place ruined my shirt and refuse to either refund or rewash. They told me oh I have to dry clean rather than laundry now it is permanent. I guess if you pick the cheap service you deserve to have the shirt ruined. Edit: to the owner: I have better things to do with my life than leaving this comment if you have given me a refund. I pick the cheapest service if you are not confident that it will help with my cloth tell me. Im not the professional I dont know what my cloth need.

Whoever manages this page - please take same day service off your services list because Ive called a few different times and each time Im told thats not something you offer
