Amazing Dr and staff. Would highly recommend to anyone seeking a chiropractor for the first time.

I left my first two appointments feeling very uncomfortable about the integrity of this office. I have insurance coverage, that provides me with 20 chiropractic visits / year. After over 3 hours spent in the office/ online and no adjustment, I was confronted with a convincing sales pitch and eventual ultimatum from Dr. Park.. A cost-effective initial intensive care plan that required 37 visits, across 16 weeks and retail spinal kit, totaling over a thousand up front. Are you ready to commit to this plan or are you just looking for a band-aid? I have a degenerative disk and a host of other lingering overuse injuries from competitive athletics. Over the past 14 years, Ive learned to manage my physical health through strength training, physical therapy, massage therapy, and regular chiropractic care. I came to this office seeking an initial consultation and adjustment after a very stressful, discouraging, and expensive bout of infertility. I was honestly pleased with the initial adjustment, and would have returned if they offered to honor my Cigna coverage and allow me to remain autonomous over my financial commitments. I did not appreciate feeling shamed and gaslit for elective, fully-insured care. Dont be fooled by their super nice/ caring veneer that makes you feel like they care about you. They will commit to your care, only if you commit to their intensive plan. Some additional notes: You will not receive an adjustment on your first visit. Youll hear the word subluxation 100 times, which has never been proven to exist. They make you wipe down/ replace the paper covers for the adjustment and therapy tables after use, require you to be face down and not talk to the chiropractor (so they can focus?) while awaiting your adjustment, and play Christian worship music on the radio.
