Nova Pain & Rehab Center

I was very impressed with what NOVA Pain & Rehab had to offer. I have been to both chiropractors and physical therapy in the past and never found a clinic that brought both together as NOVA does. Dr. Ward did a great job of explaining my issue and what needed to be done to fix it.

This is the BEST place to go to get better. They don't do one size fits all treatment. The chiropractor is excellent. They also have a Dr that analyzes how you sit and do things so you don't injure yourself again. It's very through and excellent. HIGHLY recommend.

The service provided is fine and Dr. Ward is able to help out. With Chiro treatments, you have to find the person that works for you. However, the admin staff on the other hand is another story. I got billed months after seeing them. I kept asking if there was a deductible or not and I received a very confident, no. Now there is a deductible that I tried to pay off in 2023 and the admin didn't charge me the whole amount. I am not concerned about paying the deductible - I am annoyed that for the weeks I came in, it was never brought up but rather mailed to me months after visiting the office. And now I have to figure out when then office, which now appears to be open 15 minutes a week, will be willing to grace me with the time for me to pay them. Mind you - I have driven there half a dozen times to pay in person. There is no way to pay online or through a third-party; payment is stuck in the 1990's where you write in your credit card information and mail it back.

I had such a horrible experience with this practice when I was a patient for a few months in spring of 2021. Between major logistical admin and scheduling issues, dr ward rudely interrupting and pulling me out of time with the actual pt due to his mismanagement issues, and I was pushed on an aggressive treatment plan of 3 times a week (treatment that I honestly didnt receive, why book end of day appointments if you dont have the services available), and after months I found out the staff was not being transparent and that they werent covered by my insurance. Also wasnt referred for an mri when I should have been. I sought care from this facility during the most vulnerable period of my health, and frankly I wouldnt recommend this place to an enemy. The only silver lining was that the dry needling dr ward offered was helpful in relieving symptoms but Id trade that benefit in a heart beat if I could go back in time and have gotten care from a responsible, reliable provider. I look back on my experience from a year ago and feel 100% confident I was scammed. Edit to add: I want to addess the response saying it's odd that I added this review 2 years after my care. I went to this facility to receive treatment for a significant injury, treatment that was insufficient. I'm leaving a review years later because I'm dealing with the implications of the injury I went to this facility to treat to this day. I've gone in for extensive imaging and treatment for my disc herniation, and now that I'm getting the treatment I need today, I chose to share my frustration for my treatment in the past. Some folks have positive experiences here, great for them I wish them nothing for the best! I came here at a low point and was told that this center could treat me, and that was a misrepresentation of capacity in many senses. So yes, when I find myself navigating the current implications of this injury today, it's reasonable to think of the ways I was let down yesterday.

Friendly staff, amazing Physiotherapists the treatment is so professional.. I came for unbelievable pain in my neck and shoulder area.. I felt a noticeable improvement after the first session.. They are accepting new patients. I really recommend this center.
