Did not get a tour here, we were about 10 mins late to our appointment and someone else was ahead of us. The leasing person did not acknowledge us even though we were the only ones waiting out side the office.

This is not a sponsored or incentivized review- if I ever have a bad experience here I will update this review. (Wanted to say that as Ive been burned in the past with poor apartment complexes making false reviews!) Positive experience and no complaints. Its a relatively new construction and you can tell (in a good way, everything is clean and modern!). Love the trash chute system and parking availability. Quick maintenance, our dryer stopped working efficiently a few months ago and they had someone out to fix it within the same week. For a non-urgent issue we were pleased and grateful! We personally have not had issues with thin walls; we live on one of the middle floors and cant hear anyone above or below us. Were on a very busy hallway too and cant hear the hustle & bustle outside. Their mailbox room is modern and efficient, never have had issues finding my mail or Amazon packages. The community of folk who live here are great. Lots of young adults starting their careers, career peoples, and newly budding families. Common facilities/areas are always kept clean and tidy. The only negative I can think of are the occasional firefighter truck sirens but thats city living for ya! Also lots of folks living here work from home so you might find that the work/study rooms are frequently occupied.

I had a wonderful experience in my search for an apartment in the Arlington area and Lottie of Centro Arlington truly went above and beyond in providing me the information I needed to make an informed decision. I was doing my search from Massachusetts and Lottie went out of her way to be my feet on the ground. Lottie is extremely responsive and listened to my specific personal requests to find an apartment that met my needs. Images on websites can often be deceiving so Lottie personal took her phone and walked through the entire apartment we had chosen to get a real experience and set expectations. Even on her days off she texted and responded to my questions and kept me informed of the status and helped me through all the steps. I had reached out to 6 other apartment and Lottie in 2 weeks helped me make my decision. That exemplary customer service continues to date and during my move in on the weekend she personally set me up with the applications I needed to access my mail and parcels that were going to be delivered throughout the weekend. To this point I am impressed with the apartment and the facilities and modern services provided. I personally highly recommend anyone interested in finding a home in the Arlington area to consider Centro Arlington and reach out to Lottie to be your trusted advisor. Thank you Lottie and your team and the maintenance team for providing a quality home and exceptional service.

Centro's location is great and the amenities are top notch. There is a Harris Teeter on site that has a Starbucks. Fitness Center, Rooftop Terrace and Pool are all fabulous. Their staff is amazing to work with and go above and beyond whenever I have questions or need assistance. I highly recommend Centro for your next place to live!
