Avalon at Arlington Square

It would be nice if neighbors would pick up their dog poop or that Avalon Square would enforce their policies. Rented this apartment for what looked like nice dog parks, this one being 20 feet from my apartment. But nope, theres been 612 piles a poop sitting there every day for weeks. Have emailed several times but they have said they cant enforce their policies. So if you want to rent here for the dog parks, dont because they are full of dog poop and will get your dogs sick!

I had a great experience with Erin Paolino. He helped me extend the date of Avalons notification regarding my possible vacation of the community. Because of his effort, I got one week extra from the original date in the contract from 04/06/2024 to 04/12/2024. Thanks again Erin, you really helped me today.

I had Chris Poteat come to my home today and help with a maintenance issue. He corrected the issue he was there to fix and before he left he asked if I needed his help with anything else and I did so he fixed that too! He also came within 20 minutes of me putting in the maintenance request. He was also very polite and made good conversation 10/10 would recommend Chris!

I was disheartened by the my previous maintenance request a few months ago due to delays and one request was closed but not fixed. I stopped asking for help. Today, I sent another request and Chris Poteat to the rescue! He came in right away and was professional, corteous, respectful and fast. Thats a high standard that will keep Avalon their residents! Its not just maintenance but great customer service. Thank you Chris!

Christopher Poteat replaced our Living Room blinds today. He was awesome and did an amazing job! He was that perfect combination of being personable while being extremely professional.
