        Bad management, unprofessional, great place and location

        I hope I could rate this place zero stars. My experience was so awful with Michelle, she had discriminatory behavior towards me, she kept inquiring me alot of personal information which I didnt feel comfortable sharing, which is weird. provided her with all my financial information, yet she held a condescending altitude throughout the process. I hope I can choose zero after I told them I don't have time and a place to stay, yet she didnt submit my papers until way later. When I came to get my deposit back, I was told by the receptionist that it would be shipped in 40 to 60 days!! Very unprofessional, I hope someone will teach your employees how to treat people well.

        I've been here 2 years and my biggest problem is our mail our packages are constantly getting stolen. And it's always within somebody in the building. It sucks when you go out here working for what your needs and your wants but people have no problem taking it from you.
